Understand
The patient’s case, reports and context are gathered with a defined purpose.
A global health platform from Saudi Arabia
Connected care, clearly in view.
One place to bring patients, clinicians and care partners around the next right step — from first consultation to expert review, coordinated care and follow-up.
Every card opens its service concept and boundaries, not a live medical booking.
Too often, the medical decision, the service and the follow-up live in different places. HealTrip is being designed to connect them in one understandable journey.
“Not another directory of services. A connected path from question to decision to care.”
The journey
From the first question to the next step, for everyone involved in care.
The patient’s case, reports and context are gathered with a defined purpose.
A clinician can request a second or multi-expert review without losing the case history.
Consultations, home care, diagnostics and follow-up can form one connected plan.
Patients and authorized care teams can see the status and the next action.
Understand what happens next, manage appointments and keep family access intentional.
Review organized evidence, collaborate with peers and keep the clinical decision human.
Learn moreCoordinate home, day and follow-up care with clear roles, schedules and handovers.
Connect referrals and services while separating organizational operations from private clinical records.

Clearer decisions, calmer emergencies, care that continues after the consultation.

The proposed decision room brings a case summary, its evidence and independent expert opinions into a single review path. AI can organize what needs attention; licensed clinicians remain responsible for decisions.

A protected request can move through confirmation, minimum-necessary location sharing, authorized routing and timed escalation. The preview illustrates the proposed workflow; it does not dispatch emergency services.
From a scheduled consultation to a home visit, day care, a laboratory request or a workplace program, the next step should be easy to understand and carefully coordinated.
Specialty, duration and availability shape each request.
Reports remain linked to their source and the responsible clinician.
Employers coordinate delivery, not individual employee health records.
Decision, care, follow-up, family and workplace services now form one understandable map, with an accountable role at every handover.
A short explainer of the decision-first idea, plus clips from our visual vision. All are pre-launch concepts, not live services.
Trust & AI
AI that assists, people who decide, data that stays with its owner.
HealTrip’s proposed architecture separates consent, purpose, access control and human clinical judgment. AI-assisted summaries are marked as assistance, linked to their source, and require professional review before a clinical conclusion.
This public preview is not a clinical system or a claim of regulatory certification. We did not stop at a general model. We started from a proven language model, fine-tuned it on the medical domain, and it keeps learning, continuously fed by reports from every direction of the platform.
A strong starting point from an established language model.
Tuned on medical knowledge, terminology and clinical context.
Continuously fed with platform reports under consent and privacy controls.
Everything it produces assists the care team; clinical decisions stay with doctors.
An intelligence ecosystem we are building step by step. Everything below is in development and will launch only after the required validation and approvals.
A concept under research: organises smartwatch data (heart rate, HRV, SpO₂ and sleep) into a clear summary your doctor can review when needed. It does not diagnose, and will not launch before clinical validation and regulatory approval.
The same reading means different things depending on place, heat, humidity and lifestyle. We are working on showing readings in context, with modes for Ramadan, prayer times, Hajj, women’s health and Saudi cities, so care teams can read them more clearly.
Risk and bias detection, data protection and encryption, an audit trail for every decision, and alignment with local and international data-protection requirements.
Verifies AI output before it is relied on, links every statement to its source, and prefers “I don’t know” to a guess.
A whole-journey, whole-platform view that supports growth, partnership and expansion decisions.
Connect your smartwatch to HealTrip so your care team can, with your consent, see your vital signs when it matters.
Network & world
From Hajj to the world, with partners building the network.

A dedicated pathway for pilgrims: we prepare your health before you travel, support you during the rites, and follow up after you return.
Inspired by Hajj Health Nexus, a project by HealTrip’s founder.Your condition, medication and chronic diseases (diabetes, blood pressure, heart) reviewed with a doctor before you travel.
Personal guidance on hydration and preventing heat exhaustion for your condition and age.
A summary of your condition and medication, ready for the care team when needed, with your consent.
A fast way to reach a care team when needed. In an emergency, call 997.
A health review and follow-up once you are home.
In development, and no substitute for the guidance of the Ministry of Health and the official Hajj authorities.

The decision starts with you. We take care of everything after it.
For patients travelling to the Kingdom for treatment: we arrange the whole journey, from the first report you send from home to the last review after your treatment ends.
Your sensitive data is protected by strict access controls and seen only by those treating you, especially in sensitive specialties.
After launching in Saudi Arabia, we are working towards:
We welcome conversations with clinicians, hospitals, laboratories, imaging centers, home-care providers, employers and institutions interested in a more coordinated patient journey.

We are looking for partners who believe the right medical decision is every patient’s right.
Story & joining
Why we started, your questions, and how to join.
Dr. Ameen Fayed, HealTrip’s founder and CEO, spent years helping patients make difficult medical decisions. Then, overnight, he became the one searching for answers.
Sometimes your greatest pain becomes your greatest purpose. My scar is no longer a reminder of what happened to me. It is a reminder of why I must keep building.
And underneath every decision, one question: will this genuinely improve people’s lives?
Open-heart surgery made the doctor live the patient’s journey and shaped HealTrip’s vision.
Worth Minds featured him in The Worthy 100, celebrating founders who believe care should reach a patient before treatment does.
An AI health-intelligence model exploring how data science and risk modelling can support proactive care during Hajj, simulating health scenarios for 4,800 pilgrims.
HealTrip HQ opened in Riyadh: the vision becoming a company built every day by a real team in Saudi Arabia.
Clarity is more valuable than promises. Here is what this preview shows and what still has to be built.
Rapid Decision is a concept for a structured consultation with one doctor. The decision room envisages three authorized experts reviewing a case with appropriate permissions and consent. Neither is a live clinical service in this preview.
No. The SOS walkthrough is an educational simulation; it sends no location and contacts no responder. In Saudi Arabia call 997 for emergencies, or use your local emergency number.
This website does not accept patient files. The proposed product limits future access by role, purpose and permission; being a family member or employer alone would not unlock an individual record.
HealTrip is in pre-launch. No confirmed date has been announced for consultations or emergency services. You may register interest for updates.
Choose your professional category in the interest form. The planned network would verify licensing, scope of practice and contracts before any provider delivers care.
You can read this site in several languages. Delivering care in another country would require licensed partners, local permissions and data controls before availability can be announced.
HealTrip is preparing for launch. Register your interest and we will follow up about relevant opportunities.
