This website is operated by HealTrip Plus LLC, Unified National No. 7053431727, Ruwad Al-Tanfeedh Offices, Al Salam district, Al-Ahsa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("HealTrip", "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Pre-launch stage
HealTrip is pre-launch. Content, images and interactive demos are illustrative. The site provides no consultation, diagnosis, treatment, booking or emergency service, and no medical service will be offered before the required licenses are obtained.
3. Not a substitute for medical care
Information on this site, including articles and assistant replies, is general and not medical advice. Always consult a licensed clinician. In an emergency in Saudi Arabia, call 997.
4. Registering interest
The "Join the network" form collects contact details only. Please do not send medical information or files through the form, WhatsApp or the assistant. Registration creates no contractual or clinical relationship.
5. Personal data protection
We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations. We collect the minimum data needed, never sell it, and you may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@healtrip.co. See our privacy notice.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure and improve the site. Analytics cookies are enabled only after you accept them in the banner, and declining does not affect browsing.
7. Automated assistant
The assistant gives general answers using AI and may be wrong. Do not share sensitive data and do not rely on it for medical decisions.
8. Intellectual property, acceptable use and liability
All marks, logos, text and designs belong to or are licensed to HealTrip. Unlawful use, abusive content or attempts to disrupt the site are prohibited. The site is provided "as is" for information, and HealTrip is not liable for decisions made based on it or for third-party sites.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; updates take effect when published. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
