Transparency is part of care: what is in place today, and what we commit to before launch.

Last updated: 15 October 2026. This page states honestly what is in place today and what we commit to before launch. We do not claim any certification we have not obtained.

Our data principles

Data minimisation

We collect only what the stated purpose needs. The sign-up form asks for contact details only and no medical information.

Consent first

Analytics cookies run only after you accept them; declining has no effect on browsing.

We never sell data

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Role-based access

At launch, nobody sees your health record without your consent, a defined role and purpose, with an access log.

In place on the website today

LiveEncrypted connections

HTTPS everywhere with HSTS.

LiveContent Security Policy

Restricts where scripts load from and connect to, limiting injection attacks.

LiveSecurity headers

Anti-framing, no MIME sniffing and a strict referrer policy.

LiveAnalytics consent

Google Analytics consent mode defaults to "denied" until you accept.

LiveAssistant guardrails

The assistant does not ask for health data and directs emergencies to 997.
