Who we are

HealTrip is a digital health platform founded in Saudi Arabia to make medical decisions clearer and care continuous. We bring patients, families, clinicians and healthcare facilities into one organised care journey, from the first question to follow-up after treatment.

Vision

Every patient should receive a clear medical decision based on the best available expertise, without getting lost between appointments and scattered reports — starting in Saudi Arabia and growing globally, in line with Vision 2030's health transformation.

Mission

To organise the care journey digitally: a unified health record with clear privacy, second opinions from licensed consultants, a decision room where experts review cases independently, and coordination of home care, labs, imaging and emergencies.

Values

• Clarity: we say plainly what we offer and what we do not, and never promise what is not built yet.
• Privacy: nobody sees your file without your consent, their role and a defined purpose, under the Saudi PDPL.
• Human decisions: technology and AI help organise; the medical decision stays with the treating clinician.
• Continuity: care does not end when the appointment does.

Where we are now

HealTrip is pre-launch and is completing the required licences and partnerships. No medical service is offered before those licences are in place. See the platform status and the planned care system.
