Our commitment
We want everyone, including older users and people with disabilities, to use HealTrip easily. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA and keep improving.
What we have done
- A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users.
- A clearly visible focus indicator on links and buttons.
- Full right-to-left Arabic support, with the page language declared for screen readers.
- Descriptive image alternatives, ordered headings and clear breadcrumbs.
- Respect for your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- Responsive layouts that work on mobile and support 200% text zoom.
- Alternative contact via WhatsApp and email.
Known limitations
Some illustrative interactive demos and videos may not yet be fully accessible to screen readers; we are adding text alternatives and captions. If anything is hard to use, tell us and we will provide the information in another format.
