Start with the right specialty
Many appointments are wasted because patients start with the wrong specialty. If unsure, start with family medicine or a general practitioner, who can assess and refer you. You can also use our service finder.
Check the licence
- Make sure the clinic is licensed by the Ministry of Health.
- Make sure the doctor is registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in the relevant specialty.
What matters when choosing
- Experience with your specific condition.
- Distance, if you need repeated visits.
- Insurance acceptance and coverage.
- Clear prices before the visit.
- Patient reviews, keeping in mind they are not enough on their own.
- Easy communication and follow-up.
