HealTrip is committed to Saudi health regulations and personal data protection law, and will not provide medical services before the required licences are complete. Health insurance in Saudi Arabia is supervised by the Insurance Authority.

Is HealTrip an insurance company?

No. HealTrip is a digital health platform; it does not sell insurance policies and does not replace the insurer or the treating doctor.

Is the platform live?

The platform is in pre-launch and does not provide medical services before licensing is complete. Insurers are welcome to register interest to discuss partnerships early.
