General steps to book an appointment

Download the Sehhaty app from the official store and sign in with your account.
Go to the appointments section and choose to book a new appointment.
Choose the beneficiary and the type of service or clinic you need.
Choose the health facility and an available time, then confirm the booking.
Review the appointment details in the app, and reschedule or cancel it when needed so others can use the slot.

When to call 937?

The Ministry of Health's 937 center operates around the clock, providing medical consultations, help with appointments and referrals, and receiving reports and complaints. Contact it if you have trouble booking or need advice before choosing the right clinic. When to call 997 and when to call 937?

Appointments are not for emergencies. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, or any life-threatening condition, call 997 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.
